IFS

Internal Family Systems was created by Richard Schwartz and is a leading model in psychotherapy. I began this work five years ago, IFS is now my primary way of working.

• I have graduated from Level one IFS
• I have graduated from level two, IFIO (Intimacy From the Inside Out, the IFS equivalent for relational work), created by Toni Herbine-Blank
• I have graduated from Somatic IFS, working with the body through the IFS model, created by Susan McConnell
• I have graduated and have been assisting in Derek Scott's Stepping Stones, Canadian based training, for the past three years
• I am an ongoing assistant in many other IFS workshops
• I am an assistant for IFIO
